Consultants specialising in funding, compliance and accountability reporting can get accredited on the platform. The Consultant Plan has no price of its own: the accredited consultant keeps the annual City Plan subscription and is rewarded for every city they bring to the platform — until their own cost reaches zero and they start earning on the revenue they generate.

The subscription
The accredited consultant keeps the annual City Plan subscription (R$ 65,000.00, BRL), payable in up to 12 installments. There is no separate monthly or annual fee for the Consultant Plan.

10% cashback per city
For every city the consultant refers that is actually contracted, they get back 10% of the cost of their own subscription. Add up ten cities and the annual subscription is cancelled out entirely.

20% of the revenue from the 10th onwards
From the 10th organisation contracted through a referral onwards, the consultant stops offsetting costs and starts being paid 20% of the revenue generated by their referrals.
Nationwide reach, as an accredited partner. The consultant account does not grant multi-company access: the consultant operates across the whole country as a partner. Multi-company access — several units or entities under a single contract — belongs to the Municipal Consortium and municipal (City Plan) plans.
Accreditation also includes reports under your own brand, training tracks, support materials and priority support.
How it works

- Review — EBAEM validates the documentation and the experience (up to 5 business days).
- Subscription — sign up for the annual City Plan subscription, in a single payment or in up to 12 installments, and receive your access.
- Referrals — sign the accreditation agreement and start referring cities: every city contracted returns 10% of the cost of your subscription and, from the 10th organisation contracted through a referral onwards, you are paid 20% of the revenue.
