How to read the numbers
What each indicator means
All indicators are national aggregates, calculated exclusively from official public databases. Inside the platform, the same snapshot is broken down by state, municipality, item and instrument.

Municipalities with pending items in the CAUC
Source: CAUC — Auxiliary Information Service for Voluntary Transfers (Tesouro Transparente). Frequency: daily load of the official snapshot. Counts the municipalities with at least one item in “Inadimplente” (in default) status in the most recent snapshot; the snapshot date is shown on the card.

Available funding
Source: Transferegov/SICONV, full load of proposals and instruments. Frequency: daily. Sum of the total value of proposals and transfers in progress — not yet signed or with an open accountability reporting deadline —, the same criterion as the platform’s funding matrix. The number of entities is the count of state/municipality pairs with at least one available funding item.

Municipalities with funding available
Calculation: entities with available funding divided by the universe of 5,597 entities — 5,570 municipalities (IBGE), 26 states and the Federal District —, as a percentage with one decimal place. Frequency: daily, together with the Transferegov/SICONV load.

Public entities currently in default
Source: CAUC (Tesouro Transparente). Frequency: daily. Municipalities, states and the Federal District with at least one “Inadimplente” (in default) item in the most recent snapshot — the set that, on that day, would have voluntary transfers blocked until the pending item is resolved.

Ordinances in the DOU
Source: Federal Official Gazette (DOU, Imprensa Nacional), ordinances captured by the daily routine with full text. Frequency: daily. Shows the day’s edition; until the day’s capture is complete, it displays the count from the last published edition, with the date indicated on the card.

Refresh and cache
The position is recalculated by the platform with a 10-minute cache and this page refreshes on its own at the same interval. An indicator shows “—” while its database has not yet received its first load; in that case, the “databases in initial load” notice appears above the cards.
