Multi-company access belongs to the Consortium and municipal (City Plan) plans.
All plans run for 12 months. Payment annually (single instalment) or in 12 monthly instalments — bank slip (boleto), PIX or card; online checkout coming soon. Plans quoted on request are sized according to the size and the number of entities. The Consultant Plan has no price of its own: the accredited consultant keeps the annual City Plan subscription. Amounts in Brazilian reais, with no charge per additional user within reasonable use.

Consultant Plan: a partnership that pays for itself
The Consultant Plan has no price of its own. The accredited consultant keeps the annual City Plan subscription and is rewarded for every city they bring to the platform — until their own cost reaches zero and they start earning on the revenue they generate.

The accredited consultant keeps the annual City Plan subscription, which can be paid in up to 12 installments. There is no separate monthly or annual fee for the Consultant Plan.

10% cashback per city
For every city the consultant refers that is actually contracted, they get back 10% of the cost of their own subscription. Add up ten cities and the annual subscription is cancelled out entirely.

From the 10th organisation contracted through a referral onwards, the consultant stops offsetting costs and starts being paid 20% of the revenue generated by their referrals.

Before you contract
What does a 12-month term with monthly payment mean?
The contract is annual; you choose to pay in 12 monthly installments or all at once (annual). Access remains valid for the entire term.
How many users can I register?
Each plan gives 1 user per municipality access to the platform. There is no limit, however, on how far the information travels: you set up alerts and the automatic delivery of daily reports to as many e-mail addresses as you see fit — mayor, departments, internal control, advisers — and define as many report runs and time frames as you want.
What does the commercial proposal include for the procurement process?
The technical description of the solution, proof of exclusivity and patent, prices and schedule. These are sufficient inputs for the public entity’s team to run the process (notice/terms of reference, preliminary technical study, risk analysis and legal opinion) according to its own specifications; the final legal review always rests with the contracting entity.
How does payment work?
Bank slip (boleto), PIX or card, on the monthly plan (12 installments) or the annual plan (single payment). Online checkout is being prepared; until then, contracting is completed through the contact form, with the invoice issued after the budget commitment or signature.
What if I don’t renew?
At the end of the term, access is automatically suspended; the data remains available for export for 90 days.
Do states and consortia have a fixed price?
No — it depends on the number of entities and the scope. Request a proposal and we will get back to you within 2 business days.
